Springtime also means changing car tires for the summer.
The original github iOS app is quite good. I wish I had something similar for gitlab the last several years.
First month done in a new job and (co-founded) company. Happy to come into a complete different topic with other purpose. I love this fresh feeling.
Again in my new happy place coffee shop. Love the atmosphere and background music. Also not so crowded.
Next time I will try a coworkingspace for working days, though.
But still happy working in my Homeoffice most of the time.
Happy to have the chance to do all of this!
First time since a very long time in a coffee bar here in the biggest city near my home town. Nice background music and with a new book in my pocket. Maybe I should do this more often.
The last weeks I tried to find kind of a hobby besides all the IT and programming I normally do. Turns out that I really like welding. It shares the same principles I also like about my day to day doing: creating, repairing, creativity. But with other materials and a result you can really touch.
I just compiled my reading list for the winter holiday season. Looks like I need a better compression algorithm…😅
Just shopped a yearly subscription for blinkist.com. I‘m curious how this works out and if I can add it to my routine.
Planning my next hike…exciting. I always like to choose and adjust my trip equipment.
Uh, just found my old aeropress. Didn’t know I missed it. First coffee with this old friend was quite delicious ☕️😋🤤
I can „speak“ many different programming languages but I mostly fail at real spoken languages. I always want to speak another foreign language next to english. So this will be one of my next challenges.
I still can‘t form a habit for writing more often. But I keep trying…
Phew. Today is update time for all of my self-hosted stuff. Exciting but as always not without some fear
I’ve been trying out nostr for the last few days, which isn’t as complicated as I first thought. It’s fun and technically interesting.
I finally get serious with my side project idea. So exciting 🚀
Got lots of things done in my first week at work after a longer vacation. This proves I had a good rest and brain reset
After some intense work I was on summer vacation. I always struggle to rest right from the beginning but in the end I get a good recovery. Only in the first few days am I pursued from work.
Yesterday I met with former co-founders. Again, super interesting topics that we have talked about. Hope we manage to repeat this regularly.
Spent the last weeks getting back into mobile App development. Went away from it 4 years ago. Still love it and missed it I now know.
My reading list grows exponentially lately. I need to work on that and try to better focus and organize my reading times. But there are so many interesting things out there…
